Yes, Kevin stood off to the side of the stage. I played with Eye Teeth through the recording of Threnody and then I was kicked out. From my perspective, I wasn't in the black thing enough and I was in Kalamazoo for attending WMU and not necessarily chasing a dream of becoming a professional musician. In short, I was less serious about the band than the others so I didn't fit in. Kinda funny, just before they started to record their second CD, I was called in to write a bass line for a song/record it and then possibly rejoin. I wasn't a pick player and this seemed to be one of Todd's many requirements. At some point after I recorded with them an internal explosion occured with the remaining egos and so went the band.
