Thanks for asking! Its been almost done since 2003. I am slow and lazy, but have two in queue, ready for completion some time soon. My plan is to finish four per decade so when I'm 70 I'll have a catalog of about 20 projects.
As for 111 MZD, I know the origin but not the meaning (actually, I know the meaning as well). Here's an anagram of what it is:
A Bell Recs Tenets Nip
Curiously, Dustin's band SPOONBENDER is using a variation with 1.1.1.

Hey, Thing & Nothing is wonderful!!! Only problem is the second last track (#36) is horribly glitched. Any chance it could be fixed so I could enjoy it in it's entirety? Thanks...Chris from Canada Thought Industry is sadly missed!!!!!!!

TASM Lab (Till Action Science Media Laboratory) was 'formed' in 1994, shortly after Jeff Till moved from Kalamazoo to Boston. TASM Lab, if anything, is a name, sometimes representing a company, a band name, a cohort, a website, or label. Basically a branded cover for whatever music, writing, art, etc. coming out of Jeff's house.
TASM Lab has completed two CDs not with secondary band names, manic opera Thing and Nothing (1995), and piano/vocal concept record Penisgeek Chrestomathy: The Essential Cubicle Nosepicker (1999). Both records featured Kalamazoo-bred vocal talent, including Brent Oberline, Colin Bradford, Chris Bryers, Michelle Graf, and Dave Grant. TASM Lab played one live "show" on the New Years Eve of the Millenium at Harvey's. The short show only featured two songs.
TASM Lab is still active, with new music and art targeted for 2007.
