Citywater was quite a bit different from everything I'd ever heard these guys play live
and I dug it alot. Punk Rock with melody and balls, a rare combo. Great live show and a rabid fan base.

Well, Trocar was a lifetime for me. Many changes, many different styles, but it always produced honest and direct forms of clanging, driving, melodic and dissonant rock jams. It was an avenue for me to connect with communities, to make good music both live and recorded and helped my growth as a person. The bonds with all the members will always be there. I love Kalamazoo.
Trocar was notoriously complicated.
Trocar helped me be a better person. Trocar had it's flaws. I'm glad it's over and I'm glad it was archived.
Check out current bands: Hornet (Kzoo), I.Me.Mine (L.A.) and Perfect Panther (Chicago).
I'm sure Chafe will update more, but here is all who contributed over the years to Trocar. Thanks also for getting this site going. It's been great listening to a lot of the music on here again.
Trocar was:
Chafe Hensley
Andrew Thornton
Blaze Lamper
Shannon Madison
Josh Wilson
Corey Henderson
Miles Raymer
Tom Antisdale
John Patterson
John,Tom, and Chafe are now in Hornet with Mark Larmee of First to the Fence. Miles is in Perfect Panther down in Chicago. Corey saves lives and Josh and Shannon are probably still rocking out in the LBC; and Thornton is a fed.
